Ye ha Cowboy! – Mosey on down to Stewkley Village Hall on Thursday for a barrel load of laughs courtesy of Stewkley Players.
The group's latest production, "Panto Goes Wild West!", is full of slapstick humour and quick-fire comedy enough to send wannabe cowboys galloping home happy well past sunset.

The story evolves around the Calamity Dame and her two sons who work hard to make a living. But the family's fortunes change when one of her sons, who is an inventor, throws his latest idea down the well and strikes oil.

Songs in the show include 'Deep in the Heart of Texas', 'Wild, Wild Woman', and 'I only want to be with you'. Of course, as with all pantos, you can expect audience participation, so don't forget your singing voice as well as your Stetson!

The show was written by Adrian Ripley with additional material by Stewkley Players. Performances start this Thursday at 8pm, with further showings on Friday, at 8pm, and Saturday, 4pm and 8pm.

Doors open at 7.30pm and a licensed bar is available. Tickets are on sale at the box office for £4: phone (01525) 240236.
